These terms apply when you use Brandfletch's website, content, and advertising services for furniture businesses. By signing up or booking a strategy session, you agree to these terms.
Brandfletch provides the following services depending on your plan:
- Website design, development, and hosting
- Photography and video content creation
- Social media graphic design
- Advertising campaign setup and management
- Monthly performance reporting
The specific deliverables depend on the plan you choose (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
- Provide accurate information about your business
- Give us access to your workshop, products, and team for content creation
- Pay your monthly fees on time
- Approve content and ads in a timely manner so we can publish them
- Respond to customer enquiries that come through the website or ads
- Plans are billed monthly in advance
- Ad spend (the money paid to Facebook/Instagram for ads) is separate from our monthly fee
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- If you cancel, your website and content will remain live until the end of the paid month
- Photos, videos, and graphics we create for you are yours to keep
- You can use them on your website, social media, and marketing materials
- Brandfletch may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to
- Content from third parties (stock images, licensed music) is subject to their own licenses
We manage your advertising campaigns professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Ad performance depends on many factors including your products, pricing, market conditions, and customer demand. We will always work to get the best possible return on your ad spend.
- You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice
- No cancellation fees — just finish the current paid month
- If you cancel, you can request a copy of all your content and data
Brandfletch is not liable for loss of sales, customer disputes, or third-party platform changes (e.g. Facebook policy updates). Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the current month.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We will notify you by email if there are major changes.
